- Name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create an account or complete an opt-in form.
- Player information (name, age, jersey number, position) submitted by coaches or program directors.
- Trip and travel details you enter into the platform.
- Payment information processed via third-party payment processors (we do not store card numbers).
- Media (photos and videos) uploaded through the platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the TeamFlight platform.
- Send trip reminders, readiness alerts, schedule changes, and program updates via SMS and email (only with your consent).
- Process payments and track compliance status.
- Communicate with you about your account and respond to support requests.
- Protect the safety and security of our users and platform.
4. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS messages, TeamFlight will send you text messages about trip reminders, readiness alerts, schedule changes, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using TeamFlight.
No mobile information or SMS consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS delivery).
- Coaches and program directors within your program, as necessary to coordinate travel and compliance.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Information for players under 13 is handled in accordance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@goteamflight.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@goteamflight.com.
