1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TeamFlight platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including coaches, program directors, parents, and players.
2. Description of Service
TeamFlight is a travel logistics and compliance platform for youth and elite sports teams. The Service allows program directors, coaches, parents, and players to coordinate travel details, manage compliance requirements, process payments, and share media related to team trips.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TeamFlight is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. SMS Messaging
By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from TeamFlight about trip reminders, readiness alerts, schedule changes, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@goteamflight.com. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use TeamFlight.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (photos, videos, documents). By uploading content, you grant TeamFlight a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it outside your program without your consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform.
7. Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. TeamFlight does not store payment card information. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TeamFlight does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamFlight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
